Curd Shorba
A classic combination of ingredients brought together in a delicious indian style soup, which provides enough vitamin b2 from curds for the normal development of the baby.

Ingredients
- 4cups fresh curdsdahi
- 1tbsp plain flourmaida
- 1/4tsp Turmeric powderhaldi
- 2tbsp Milk
- 1/2tsp Cumin seedsjeera
- 1/4cup finely chopped onionsoptional
- 2 green chilliesfinely chopped
- 1/2tsp grated gingeradrak, optional
- 1tbsp finely chopped tomatoes
- 1tbsp finely chopped cucumber
- 2tsp Oil
- salt to taste
For The Garnish
- 1tbsp Chopped corianderdhania
Instructions
- Beat the curds, plain flour, turmeric powder and milk together. Keep aside.
- Heat the oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds.
- When the seeds crackle, add the onions, green chillies and ginger and sauté for a few seconds.
- Add the curds mixture and salt and bring to boil.
- Simmer for a few minutes and then add the tomatoes and cucumber.
- Simmer for another minute and serve hot garnished with coriander.
