Curd Shorba
A classic combination of ingredients brought together in a delicious indian style soup, which provides enough vitamin b2 from curds for the normal development of the baby.

Instructions
  1. Beat the curds, plain flour, turmeric powder and milk together. Keep aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds.
  3. When the seeds crackle, add the onions, green chillies and ginger and sauté for a few seconds.
  4. Add the curds mixture and salt and bring to boil.
  5. Simmer for a few minutes and then add the tomatoes and cucumber.
  6. Simmer for another minute and serve hot garnished with coriander.
