Kiss from a rose
delicious rose lassi recipe
Ingredients
- 2cups fresh curds
- 1cup ⁄4sugar
- 1tablespoon rose syrupor more if desired
- 1teaspoon ⁄2salt
- 1teaspoon ⁄2cardamom powder
- 1cup ⁄2water
- 10 -12 crushed ice cubes
- 10 -12 drops vanilla essence
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and frothy.
- Serve chilled in tall glasses.
- Vary the flavour by substituting rose for pineapple.
- Add very finely chopped pieces of fruit, if desired.
